This October half term, Cornwall Gold is the place to be. From eerie trails and seasonal food to creative activities and all-weather family fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Solve a Halloween Murder Mystery
A ghostly crime buried in time is waiting to be uncovered! That’s right, step back to 1873, when Bal Maiden Tamara Treen was found drowned in the Tolgus Stream. Was it a tragic accident, or something more sinister?
Collect your free detective map on arrival, follow the clues around the site, and piece together the mystery of the cursed tin. Every young detective who solves the case will receive an official sticker.
Free crime maps available from 18th October to 2nd November. See more here.

The Create and Paint Studio on our site is the perfect place for budding artists and Halloween fans to get creative. From pumpkins and skeletons to ghostly mugs, there are plenty of seasonal designs to choose from.
Open daily 10am–4pm, with last painting at 2.45pm.
